Ulises Valarezo is a multidisciplinary artist who is inspired by conceptual art. In his narratives, he explores time, perception, places and human experiences.

Valarezo’s work analyses the ways in which an image can be associated and translated. He is interested in decomposing the idea of the ‘subject’ in order to explore its nature. The artist looks at spaces as the construction of memory and the body as a way to understand social functions. All this together helps him to see in a rational way how we perceive and relate to both our inner world and outer world.
